River Resin is a premium deep-pour epoxy designed for crystal-clear water effects up to 50 mm in one pour. Ideal for river tables, backlit benchtops, feature doors, and deep wood filling. Tintable for blue-water effects and food-safe once cured.

Uses:
Perfect for deep casting applications like river tables and large resin art pieces. Can be tinted for water effects and achieves a hard, glossy finish on flat wood surfaces—equal to 50 coats of varnish.
Instructions:
Pre-seal live edges with Solid Cast 606 to avoid bubble entrapment
Precondition resin and hardener with gentle heat for best clarity
Mix 2:1 (Part A : Part B) in a straight-sided container using a slow-speed drill mixer
Pour from a slight height for smooth fill; top up after initial flow
Allow to cure at a constant 25°C (min. 20°C)
Finishing Tips:
Touch-dry in 2 days; fully cured in 4
Sand back cured resin starting with 80 grit → up to 1500 grit for ultra clarity
Optional: Apply finishing oil for satin finish or buff with automotive polish for a glass-like sheen
Storage & Safety:
Store at 18°C away from sunlight & concrete
Ensure resin and hardener are clear and fluid before use (warm bottles if needed)
Wear gloves, eye protection, and a mask when working or cleaning
Clean uncured resin with solvent or methylated spirits, followed by soapy water
