At Lostbark, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

The item arrived damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

You submitted a refund request within 14 days of the delivery date.

Proof of issue is provided, such as clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Incorrect address provided at the time of order.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier, but claimed as not received (unless eligible for an investigation).

Custom or personalized items.
3. Return Policy
As a dropshipping company, we do not require physical returns in most cases. If a return is necessary, instructions will be provided by our support team. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is approved:

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
5. How to Request a Refund

Description of the issue

Relevant photos/videos

Any additional information to support your claim
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
