At Lostbark, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a dropshipping business, we work with trusted global suppliers to ship directly to your door. Please review our shipping policy for important details about processing times, delivery estimates, and more.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location and the product’s origin:

Please note: These are estimated timeframes only. Delivery may be delayed due to customs, high order volumes, carrier issues, or public holidays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping is free on all orders, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

  • Expedited or tracked options may be available for an additional cost (if applicable).

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email (if tracking is available for your item). You can track your order directly through our website or via the carrier's platform.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at sales@lostbark.com.au.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. Lostbark is not responsible for delays or losses due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address submissions

  • Orders returned due to non-delivery or refusal

In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These fees are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local customs policies for more information.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at sales@lostbark.com.au. We’ll investigate with our suppliers and carriers, and where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.

8. Partial Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some items may ship separately if they come from different suppliers. You’ll be notified if your order is split into multiple shipments.
